LARGE ANTIQUE SHIP'S DOUBLE MASTHEAD LIGHT
Genuine Meteorite brand in copper and brass
A must have for any nautical collector - Double masthead lights are rare!
Original and unrestored

This is a real beauty and a genuine antique ship's double masthead light, a must have for nautical collectors.
Overall condition is good, with some wear and dents as can be expected from a piece this old.
It is unrestored, unpolished and completely original. The copper and brass has not been polished in a long time and has the appropriate patina.
One of the brass wing nuts on the top hatch has broken off and the nuts are seized (nothing that a squirt of Q20 won't cure).
The bottom lens has a crack and the rear inspection cover is missing.
It has an electrical sockets and would need to be rewired.
The light has a height of 62cm and a diameter of 35cm at the widest area, weighing 16kg. It is a solid, heavy piece, unlike many modern reproductions.
This piece will look awesome hanging on a wall in any nautical collection. Because of its size it can even stand on the floor or a small table!
Please have a look at the images to verify age and condition and feel free to ask any questions.
