Hern (Medallions of the ZAR & Anglo Boer War) states that Norman Durrant (1999) found that there were 13 different dies and consequently many different varieties while Paul Withers (2002) found 13 different varieties.
In the following collection there are 10 brass ponde and 2 brass half ponde.
Some of the coins are in better condition whilst others show faults. There are also duplications, so please look at the following pictures before bidding.
