This laptop is fully functional and in good condition no dents or scrapes , this laptop is great for home or office use and is lighweight making it more portable. the battery does need refurbishing/replacement as it does not hold for long about 15min ,and the down arrow came loose however it has been stuck down with double sided tape and the button still works. other than that nothing else to report on this laptop. sold as is
