By placing an order with eXpansys South Africa on Bidorbuy you accept the following unconditionally.

Payment Is required within 24hours of placing your order. We accept payment via BOBPay EFT & Direct Deposit. Paypal is available on request but will incur a 4% service charge based on your order value.

Orders are not processed until payment has been received. Orders are processed systematically, please allow up to 24 working hours for your order to be processed.

Stock Availability As eXpansys plc has online stores in 36 countries around the world, stock levels can fluctuate on a hourly basis. Sometimes stock may become unavailable without prior notice or may be discontinued by supplier only after you have placed your order. We will strive to only offer items that are readily available but this may not always be the case. All stock items will usually have a minimum of 10 working days leadtime. See below for more.

Delivery Estimates We do not carry stock in Johannesburg, 99% of all items we offer are sourced through one of the eXpansys warehouses located in the UK, Hong Kong, USA and France and there will always be a minimum period of at least 10 working days (from when your order is processed) before the goods will be available for dispatch/collection from our JHB office. Delivery times may be longer due to factors beyond our control like customs delays, weather conditions etc. We attempt to quote as accurate a delivery estimate as possible and this estimate is provided to you when your order is processed. Please Q & A in advance should you require a delivery estimate before placing your order to avoid any misunderstandings.

Shipping Rates We allow collection from our JHB office once your order has arrived, alternatively we offer a flat rate shipping of R 60 excluding insurance. We recommend insurance on valuable items which is available at 4% of your parcel value. We will not be held liable for damage/loss/theft of uninsured items once they have been collected by our couriers.

Warranty As most items sold by eXpansys are imported, the warranties are carried by eXpansys and not the local manufacturer. All accessories have a 1 month warranty and hardware has a minimum 6 month, maximum 12 month warranty. Please Q & A before purchasing for information on the warranty period. Any items faulty within 7 days will need to be returned to us at the buyers expense for replacement or refunding. Items that are faulty after 7 days will be returned to us at the buyers expense for warranty. Please note the turnaround time on a warranty repair can be anywhere from 3-6 weeks due to items being imported.

Returns We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all items provided they are in the same condition as received. A 20% restocking fee shall apply to items returned not in the same condition as received. eg. If the seal is broken and the item has been tested, a 20% restocking fee shall apply.

Ratings Upon receiving payment, you shall be rated positively. We strive to ensure every transaction results in a positive rating on both sides. Before giving us a neutral/negative rating please contact us to allow us to sort out any issues you have which may result in you not rating us positively.
