I PURCHASED THIS ALL IN ONE LOT AND IT IS AN AMAZING LOT THE ONLY THING THAT I AM NOT SURE ABOUT IS WHY THE MEDALS ARE UNAMED. I WAS TOLD THAT THIS ALL BELONGED TO F.W BOWMAN BUT IT IS DIFFICULT TO SAY FOR SURE WHY THE MEDALS ARE UNAMED.
THE LETTERS ARE A FASINATING STORY OF HOW HE TRIED TO GET BACK TO S.A TO HIS WIFE BUT WAS NEVER ABLE TO BORED A SHIP BACK.
