Stamp quite rubbed, but based on shape of cartouche & maker: I'm pretty sure it is
BIRMINGHAM 1915
MAKER: A & J Zimmermann

In fair - good antique condition. Almost no dings & dents, however the hinge needs to be repaired, & there are chips to the ORIGINAL curved glass liner.
Base: 12.8 cm long 7.7 cm wide
WEIGHT: 226 grm but the base IS loaded
