On offer is a bottom right hand block of 16 x 1d Roto Issue 4 with upright watermark (Rows 17 to 20, stamps 9 to 12) with the following:
1. Paper join between rows 19 and 20, attached to the back of row 20.
2. Missing printing due to paper join coming apart. The top part of the bottom section separated and detached from the top section showing the unprinted stamps of row 19.
3. Issue 4 Cylinder "Buckle" variety - later to become "Dragon" flaw - on row 17, stamp 9 UHB V34.
4. Issue 4 Cylinder variety "Horizontal red line outside right frameline" on row 20, stamp 12.
5. Horizontal black line running across vignette at the top of the value tablet.
6. Part sheet number on right vertical margin.
The block has been hinge-reinforced as per scan of back below.
A wonderful and spectacular Union item - probably unique.
