Metal SADF R1 ammunition box - c1975. This box has a lift off lid, with 2 locking latches and carry handles on the sides. It is army green, and has 7506 (I think date) on the lid, and 1260 Round 7.62 x 51mm Ball R1M1 on the front. It measures 41cm (l) x 28cm (w) x 19cm (h). The box is generally in good solid condition - a bit of surface rust. A real bargain for the collector.
