Damaged plate causes the "Penny" being split in half. The "R" of E.R.I. has no line to complete the R (now looks like a "n"). White dots on all the overprinted letters.
This stamp is Mint with hinge remains and full gum, a very small tear on the right hand (more or less next to the middle of the "I." Can't see from the front of the stamp.
