RARE OLD CAST IRON BLACK AMERICAN MONEY BOX
In good working condition
Rare old cast iron Negro man money box, estimated to have been manufactured in the USA mid 1900's.
A coin is placed in his hand and when the lever at the rear is pushed, he pops the coin into his mouth while his eyes roll back in his head and his ears wiggle.
The piece is in good working condition with no damage to the mechanism. There is some loss of paint but this just adds character.
The plug at the bottom where the coins are removed is missing, but this can easily be replaced.
The base measures 10cm x 7cm and total height is 14cm.
