*The Hilink version does not require installation of dashboard software to connect to the internet. After a once off driver installation, simply plugging the modem in will allow it to connect automatically. There is no need to click connect or disconnect using the Huawei Dashboard software. Settings are managed through a Web Interface built into the modem.
**Normal version available upon request. The Hilink version of the modem is shipped by default. The normal version uses the Huawei Dashboard software. If you intend to use this modem with a compatible standalone WiFi router, the normal version is recommended.
