OTHER: The Cubanelle is an elongated bell pepper that has a sweet & mild flavor with a mild to moderate spicy heat. The peppers start out a yellowish green color that turns to red at maturity. They are similar to Anaheim Peppers and are often used in salads, casseroles, pizzas, or stuffed with fillings.
