Heat pack, also known as Hand warmer, Hot Pack, is in liquid form and contain a small metal disc inside the liquid. When you flex the disc a couple of times the liquid will start crystalize and give out heat.
This gel heat pad is reusable and commonly designed to fit inside pocket, desk, car glove-box or handbag. Its portable size makes it perfect for outdoor use and appeals to golfers, skiers, snowboarders and anyone working outdoors. Heat packs simply give you warmth on the cold days.

3. Boil water until magic heat pad is ready to reuse.
The magic heat pad can be reused over a hundred times by carefully following the instructions for use. It can be used indoors and outdoors. For physiotherapy uses, it is especially effective for muscle aches, backaches, cramp, arthritis pains, tendonitis etc.
To recharge: Place the magic heat pad in boiling water with a soft cloth under it. Heat the magic heat pad for about 5 minutes or until all of the crystals are dissolved.
To activate: Place the metal disc between your forefinger and thumb, press it to start crystallization. Once crystallization is complete, squeeze the magic heat pad to make it soft and ready to use.
