This fencing plier was made in the RSA about 1970 or so. It is in a very good condition, there are a few rust marks but there does not appear be be any rust penetration.
Length 260 mm. On one side it has the words WILL over 135/260 over RSA.
The insulated handles are tight and undamaged. The wire cutters are very sharp, as can be seen in the picture.
