I AM NOT QUITE SURE HOW THEY DID IT IN THOSE DAYS - ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE GLASS ONE CAN SEE THAT IT HAS BEEN PAINTED BUT MAINLY BLUE AND WHITE PAINT SO I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS POSSIBLY A TRANSFERRED PHOTO/PRINT AND THEN JUST THE BACKGROUND PAINTED IN - QUITE A PUZZLER!! THERE ARE NICKS ON THE VINTAGE FRAME AND PAINT LOSS ON THE IMAGE (MAINLY THE SKY SO I THINK CAN BE RETOUCHED BY PAINTING THE BACK QUITE EASILY) DESPITE THIS, IT STILL DISPLAYS WELL AND LOVELY DOMED GLASS WITH NO CRACKS OR CHIPS. MEASUREMENTS - 57CM X 36CM - A LITTLE BIT OF OUR HERITAGE!! REFER IMAGES SHIPPING WILL BE R100 AND PLEASE NOTE THAT BECAUSE OF GLASS I CANNOT DO COMBINED SHIPPING ON THIS ITEM
