Orange Free State 1900 Surcharged (First Printing) used horizontal pair of (1d on 1d) purple stamps with the Variety "Missing 'I' of 'V.R.I.' Overprint" (SACC 50f). The pair of stamps is Cancelled with a "Bloemfontein" Postmark dated the 28th of May 1900. Of Note is that the pair of stamps is split and kept together with a hinge adhesives.
