1. Large shift of Blue and orange colour. SWA printing also moved upwards.
2. Please note that the black writing at the bottom of the stamp also moved up into the stamp.
3. If measured the top left part of stamp is only 1mm from perf. and at the bottom 1.5mm. (2nd scan). -you can also see the shift in the 3rd scan (only showing top part of next stamp.)
