South Africa 1968 "Inauguration of Hertzog Monument" top left corner marginal vertical strip of (3) x 2 1/2c stamps (SACC 278) with the Varieties "Large black oval smudges in left margin and on stamps". The corner strip is mounted in the top margin with all of the stamps in unmounted mint condition (MNH).
