Maybe a presentation set (parliamentarian?). These glasses are
in condition as photographed and is good. They are large and
measure height 25.5cm and the circumference widest is 36.5cm
The glasses are delicate and fine.
Old coat of arms. It changed in 2000. Ex Unitate Vires means
union or unity is strength. The logos in the shield represent the
four previous provinces, Free State, Transvaal, Cape etc
Both still have their original maker's label. Riedel Glas Seit 1756
This glass company was originally established in Bohemia 1756
It is based in Kufstein Austria
