Homes are promoted to the international market by way of intensive commercial marketing methods. We offer a one stop service site that assists Guests in finding, securing and paying for their required accommodation.

We do not restrict you to any sole mandate, you can advertise your home anywhere else other than with us.

We also offer exclusive commercial insurance for your household that your domestic personal policy does not, through our partner, Liso Consulting, the insurance cover you will require is not offered by your normal household policy, you will need a commercial policy underwritten by Lloyds to give you peace of mind, we are able to offer you this insurance cover when you accept a booking.  Liso Consulting, our insurance service partner, has negotiated the best possible rates for the homeowner for the duration of the accommodation period.
