This beautiful genuine Art Deco clock is working, but with a later Junghans electrical mechanism.
It needs a bit of restoration as the 5 and 1 of the 11 are missing.
Still very attractive as is. There is a solid heavy pure brushed brass stand. Original stand.
The side decorations are also original and also solid metal, looks to be chromed or with silver plate and then with gold lacquer applied on the chrome. This gold lacquer is worn. The best would be to carefully remove revealing the stunning silver chrome underneath. Or you could leave as is for the authentic look as preferred.
The solid thick stone face slab is obviously also original and made of solid onyx of high quality. It is transparent and looks to be green onyx from the old British India. Hard to find stone of this quality today.
Green onyx face slab is 22 cm x 11 cm x 1.3 cm thick.
Brushed brass stand is 25 cm x 4 cm.
Surprisingly heavy: 1483 grammes, nearly 1.5 kilogrames!
I will remove the hands when posting and tape to the back.
