This auction is only for the old grinder in the pictures. No reserve, low starting price. This is an auction and has no Buy-it-now option.
You don't often get your hands on one of these. Make an excellent user tool because it generates less heat when sharpening blades than an electric grinder. Think this one is from the century old Henry Boker factory in Germany. Totally in another class, this multi-geared grinder, great condition. Four gears inside are greased and the handle rotates freely. Has no tool rest which is often the case with these old grinders. 180mm diameter wheel appears to be in a good condition. However, the internal wheel bushings I am supplying with are for a 12mm axel and fits too loose on the axel. Quite solid and heavy. Assembled it measures about 200x250mmx220mm (hxlxw).
Unfortunately no pick-up of items. I will combine shipments, if requested (auctions within a reasonable period), but this may cost more depending on weight.
Heavy so shipping will be R80 in South Africa. All items will be properly packed. I am not responsible for any damages by the post office that happens during transit.
