Rare and Unusual Early Antique Japanese Imari Geisha Relief Square Sake Bottle/Vase ~ Meiji period (1868-1913)

Two exquisite hand-painted geisha figures in detailed relief on opposite sides of the bottle/vase. Adorned in bright colours and black and gold. Beautiful blossom trees on other sides of the bottle/case, also with black/gold in slight relief. Lesser geisha and man-servant figures in background holding parasols over main figures. Bright colours on top in green and burnt-orange. The top of the vase has symbolic floral decorations. Some of the fine gold details in the figures robes do not show up in the photos. A collector's dream, this is a very old and unmarked bottle/vase. It is in fine antique condition.
Decorated with 4 panels, this beautiful piece dates to the late 19th Century, and is a must have for any serious collector.
This listing is for a beautiful antique Japanese Meiji Period Imari Sake bottle with Geisha and floral decoration. Thick porcelain, indicative of the early period. Intricately decorated with wonderful design featuring hand painted floral images and raised, accentuated geisha in exquisite detail. The body is decorated with all over scene of floral images, blossoms and very fine, raised geisha details. The enameled design is of high quality with fine details in the enameling.
Condition: The bottle is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There is minor wear - see photos. No other noted flaws.
