Difference between pure sinewave and modified sinewave in short :

Modified sinewave is much cheaper than pure sinewave - modified sinewave makes humming sound or lines on tv's, works with certain ups's only. Fans and aircons mimic a ''wave sound" with a modified sinewave inverter. Microwaves and certain rotating motors may not work well with modified sinewave, with puresinewave they work 100 %
