Cadac’s latest range of gas patio BBQs, called the “Meridian” range is an upmarket, superb quality range of gas BBQs that allow for a variety of cooking methods. BBQ on superb quality grids, with all Meridians coming standard with 3 grids.
The modular grid and accessory system allows grids to be removed and any Meridian accessory to be dropped in. The meridian accessories include Teppanyaki plates, warmer pans, ceramic baking stones and an “Argentine grill” to allow you to cook a whole range of exciting dishes on your BBQ. True to CADAC’s innovative form is the breakthrough in BBQ hygiene introduced with this range; “the easy wash and clean” system. The smooth-walled porcelain enamelled construction of the fire box and drainage channels flowing to a drip cup outside the BBQ, allow the BBQ to be thoroughly cleaned using oven cleaner or detergent and water, eliminating residue build-up. The drip cup is emptied, wiped clean and easily replaced into the back of the BBQ after each use. This prevents unhygienic, unsightly and dirty interiors of BBQs. Moreover, when the inside of the BBQ is wiped, there are no sharp edges that may cut hands.
