South West Africa 1972 "Centenary of SPCA" Control Block (Cylinder 338 477 476 475 A) of (4) 5c stamps (SACC 244) with the Variety "Smudging of black over three of the stamps which only could have occurred during the Printing Process". The Control Block is in unmounted mint condition (MNH).
