Payment via direct transfer, or cash deposit into account. Deposited cheques would need to be cleared by bank before value is deemed deposited.

No. By serviceable I mean that the cylinder can be dismantled to clean or replace seals. Some cylinders have crimped ends, and are 'not serviceable'

For positioning, clamping or general mechanical actuation. Force delivered = PA, where P is the air pressure and A is the area of the bore.
