I have been using these pillows for more than 4 years, and they are still fluffy. You can was them as often as you like, will never go flat. Made of hipo allergenic fibre. Sorry no refund. I have never had any unsatisfied customers to yet. You need never buy another pillow. This is the real deal. Hope this answers you questions.
