The piece is antique and it is either Arts & Crafts or Art Nouveau. 

Condition is as  photographed and it does have some historic marks

commiserate with age and use which in a nutshell add to it's

integrity as an antique. An investment piece

Thought this top piece leans toward Art Nouveau. Absolutely

beautiful. The piece consists of this beautiful piece above a central

beveled mirror. There are candle shelves on either side with small

drawers. The top and then three large drawers with beautiful detailed

brass handles.

Please note on this side the side piece has pulled away from the

front piece. Have reduced price. Does not affect use

The heart shaped detail is not in line. Presumed some wood warp
