It does not have a label, but I have taken it to one of the top Persian Carpet dealers in JHB and it has been approved as original and authentic. Thanks for asking and good luck bidding!

It is quite heavy, my guess would be about 6 - 10 kg's, maybe a bit more. I will check the exact weight for you, but am away till Tuesday.
