It's called the Why Cry Baby Crying Analyzer, an electronic monitor that claims to be able to accurately identify why a baby is crying approximately 90% of the time. That success rate skyrockets to 98% when used according to the manufacturer:

Babies cry for different reasons (wet diaper, tired, hungry, scared, etc.).
