HI, handset is never locked, open to all networks. The standard guarantee period is 1yr however we only offer 14day exchange warranty as the handset is imported however our price takes this into effect. The handset would be able to be serviced locally or in Hong Kong at a cost as either the goods will need to be returned to HK and there will be applicable freight charges for you or in SA no freight charges but cost of repair. Stock is available for delivery in 7-10 working days from order. Black & Silver both available.
