All Hisense Panel TVs include the wall mount bracket and the base stand. You may use which ever you prefer. This does save the consumer a small fortune.

If you are asking if you can connect a PC using Vista then yes, via VGA.
Yes the TV has a remote.
I am not sure what you mean by Samsung home theater remote compatible.

Please see below. Please note that an LCD is longer than a CRT TV so a 54cm CRT might seem bigger than a 22" LCD but they are actually the same size.
19" = +/-48cm
