The Terror by Dan Simmons is a historical story set in 1845 about a group of men whose ships get trapped in the ice and the unknown threat which takes one man at a time! This threat proves to be far greater than the low temperatures and the dwindiling supplies so they attempt to escape across the ice. The book is in very good condition. The corners of the cover have been slightly bumped and there is a small brown mark on the bottom of the first page. A brilliant read!
