South Africa 1967 Redrawn First Definitive Control Block (Cylinder 219 218C) of (4) x 1c stamps with Watermark 'RSA' (SACC 237a) with the Variety "Shift in vertical perforations to the left in the bottom margin up to the point where the vertical perforations meet with the horizontal perforations". The Control Block of stamps is in unmounted mint condition (MNH) with a small paper intrusion on the gum of one of the stamps.
