1. Parcels are normally sent within 48 hours of confirming your order.
2. No parcel will be sent unless full postage is paid.
3. We deliver parcels to the post office on MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY only.
*********************************ADD 2% for insurance, we are not responsible for uninsured parcels that are lost or damaged through the post.*********************************
Orders are confirmed and printed between 4pm and 5pm. If you make a payment after 5m, it will only be confirmed the following day. This excludes weekends and holiday.
WE DO NOT ALLOW COLLECTIONS, PLEASE DONT ASK and NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
WARRANTY ON PHONES.
1. Unless otherwise stated, our phones are imported from overseas(known as GREY STOCK). We have a 6 months warranty on the phones for manufacture defects and faults, this doesnt include normal wear or water damage, dropped or any other user cause damage. The phone will be sent overseas for warranty fixing, and once fixed returned to the buyer.
2. For local stock, it will be clearely stated that the phone has local warranty and the duration of warranty. Warranty for these will be handled by local agents of the manufacture.
