Place the disposable pillow protector on the pillow and place your pillow case on top of that - although they are not water resistant they do offer a hygenic solution, and piece of mind...  I use mine at home all the time, and when I leave my holiday accomodation I just remove the disposable pillow protector and throw it away - simple as that !!!
