This is not necessaru however as the unit is designed to be usedut professional installation i.e. "Plug n Play" .. but it is an option for those who are not happy with lamps for lighting or for those who wish to have backup in more than one room from the same unit. The wattage is divided into 2 extension cords to 2 separate plug points, so about 450 watts to the 1 holding the most important equipment that i'll be using.

...as long as you don't draw more than 600watts at once on the PS600 or 1200watts on the PS1200. Backup time depends on overall load. I would recommend the PS1200 for the additional backup time it will provide. Price is R6344 - it has 2 x 105Ah deep cycle batteries built in.
