Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the colour of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU USE MEASURING CHART IN CENTIMETERS/ INCHES MEASURES YOUR BUST, WAIST ANS HIPS TO IDENTIFY YOUR CORRECT SIZE, AS NO REFUND WILL OFFERED IF INCORRECT SIZE WILL BE CHOSEN!

SHIPPING IS via courier R150.(+-1 working week delivery) to main cities JHB, CT, PTA, DBN, if you are located outside of main city, delivery might take longer!!!  

I HAVE IN STOCK SIZES USA 2-16, pls enquire stock with me be4 you purchase! some of the sizes might be out of stock, thus need 1 week longer for delivery!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SIZE:

Every client is responcible for choosing the correct size from measurings table provided! i am there to hepl you if you need an assistance!!!

2. PROCESS:

 All in stock items shipped within 24-48 hours after I recive your paymnet on  my account!!! No stock items will be shipped once the production is finished!  I ship via Express courier companies, to your DooR!!!!

3. SHIPPING:

Tracking info will be sent to you 2-3 days after the parcel is dispatched, pls give it +- 4-7 working days to deliver the dress! PLS NOTE I CANNOT control the shipping company or any consequences which might delay the arrival (strikes, public holidays, lost of parcel, weekends, customs and etc..)

Unfortunately, I am unable to trace the parcels sent outside of South African borders (Namibia, Angola and others)! Its cleint's responcibility to trace the parcel with local courier company!

4. REFUND:

FULL REFUND:  the dress complitely differ to the pictures advertised (incorrect colour sent. incorrect size was sent  and etc.) / client never recived the dress!

NO REFUND: incorrect size was chosen by client/ delay in shipping/ slight deviations of colours or beading/ you don't look like a model on the picture!!!!!

i try to load THE actual picture for the dress, so you can see what you buy!!!

PARTIAL REFUND excl shipping fees: if you decided not to take the dress (it doesn't fit you and other cleint's mistakes)

all refunds paid after I recive the dress back in original condition as it was sent to you, no tears or sings of wear! (pefumes, make up and etc.)!!! it must be sent to me with 48 hours!
