DESCRIPTION:
A quintessentially English retro cup and saucer from the Contour Range of tableware,
in the Seagull colour glaze, a mottled grey, like a British sky on a windy day, and the
Ice Green colour glaze, a pastel semi-matte turquoise, the workhorses of Twintone.
MARKS:
Stamped: Poole, Dolphin and England, mark used 1973-1974.
CONDITION:
No chips or cracks, with some crazing and staining.
DIMENSIONS:
Cup approximately 8cm diameter X 7.5cm height and saucer 15cm X 1.5cm.
