Door2Door shall not be liable under this warranty if its testing and examination disclose that the alleged defect or malfunction in the product does not exist or was caused by misuse, accident, neglect, failure to follow the instructions manual or use of the product that it was not intended for.  Neither shall we be responsible for loss or damage to items stored inside the case.

Under our personal testing we have found the product to be very strong and reliable.  
We have left the product with mobile phone, camera and iPod inside a fish tank and left it submerged for 3 months non stop.  We have found the product to cope with this extreme exposure to water with no defects whatsoever.
