Parcels are sent via SAPO ordinary parcel counter to counter in RSA. a Tracking no. is supplied. Buyer can Insure or use Speed Services, request quotes. Insured parcels cover loss and not damage. Buyer may combine, a minimum of R5 per additional item, is payable. The Seller accepts no responsibility and is hereby indemnified against any loss or damage to items, after a parcel has been handed in at SAPO for postage. I do not accommodate collections or arrange collect and pay anymore. So please do not ask. Should a Buyer be unhappy with a purchase, contact the Seller within seven (7) days from receipt of the item to arrange return of the item to the Seller and a refund of the Winning Amount paid, to the Buyer. NO POSTAGE COSTS WILL BE REFUNDED. Should an item be returned to the Seller as undelivered or Unclaimed, the Seller will notify the Buyer thereof per E-mail address as at the time of sale.
