AVT (Anti-Vibration Technology)

We fused a top-secret material with carbon to create AVT (Anti- Vibration Technology). Weight for weight, AVT is eight times stronger than steel, resistant to high temperatures, fatigue, impact and the corrosion from chemicals or saltwater. We cast a layer of AVT inside of the rim which gives you a super high tensile strength wheel and significantly reduces vibration.

TBT BEARINGS

A best-selling patented Token product featuring a titanium-coated race and cone, Grade 5 silicon nitride ceramic balls and a specially designed dual lip seal. The benefit of ceramic balls is that they are extremely light and strong, and they are highly resistant to corrosion. They are, however, so hard that they will damage an untreated steel race, so Token made the steel race with a coating of titanium nitride to provide an extremely hard and fatigue resistant surface. The ball cage is made of heat stabilized nylon with fiberglass reinforcement for extra strength. The TBT has only 74% of the starting torque, and 67% of the turning torque, of a traditional bearing.
