Silene Capensis 50 grams dry root. Fresh stock
Also know as Ubulawu, African dream root, undela zimholphe, "white paths", "white ways".
Used traditionally in South Africa for thousands of years by the Xhosa, Sotho and Zulu tribes, Ubulawu is used in sacred ceremonies allowing one to enter into the dream matrix and bringing back important messages from the spirit world. The plant teacher only activates when one falls asleep.
Harvested naturally and sustainably throughout South Africa.
The plant is harvested and the outer layer or bark is removed by those that harvest the roots, this is how it is used.
The plant is found in many parts of the country and not only the Eastern Cape
Modern method/ use
Use about half a teaspoon per half glass water. ( use a long glass and only half fill it)
Leave it to soak over night, shake the brew in the morning. As you shake the glass it makes a white milky foam.
Scoop the foam off with a spoon, repeat the process. Eat the small white foamy bubbles and place the glass back in the fridge. Repeat the process for three days after each other using the same mixture you started with.
You can keep producing more foam and consuming it until your body feel as if it has had enough. The alkaloids take a while to saturate the blood. If one has too much like in Ayahuasca the plant teacher will make you throw it up.
If possible follow the MAOi diet.
