South Africa Uprated Pre-printed 6d Registered Cover which was sent from the Cape Town Docks to Kentani via Butterworth on the 29th of February 1960. Of Note is that the Cover is backstamped with an In Transit "Butterworth" Postmark dated the 3rd of April 1960 and a Scarce 1960 "Kentani" Relief Canceller.
