Gorgeous delicate and pretty. Love the detail. Think she is in good
condition but there is much detail. Please decide from photos. She
measures height approximately 9cm

She looks like a ballerina. This item is known as Dresden lace
The process involves dipping delicate lace into porcelain slip, before
being applied to the porcelain figure by hand. When fired in a kiln
the actual lace fabric burns away leaving a fragile shell of flowing
crinoline skirts & billowy material behind.
