This is a Purpose Made Injection Moulded Polycarbonate Food Grade Plastic, Biltong Making Machine/Dryer - IT WONT CRACK OR BREAK nor will the FAN/MOTOR fail - Unlike some other well known brand types
This is not a converted bucket, or dustbin. It has been made to be aesthetically attractive so that it can stand on any bar counter/kitchen etc.
We have a small Family run Factory in JHB where we make these. We only use the best most robust material for our machines. We hope you like them :)
If the optional drying racks are purchased this machine can also be used to dry fruit, herbs, flowers etc. (Very Popular!)
