A set of mint control blocks from the overprinted French Huguenot stamps of South Africa issued in 1988. A 10c surcharge was added to each stamp to raise funds for Flood Disaster victims, and they were overprinted setenantly in English and Afrikaans.
They are in excellent mint condition, and have a value of R130.
