Houseboat 5.4m x 2.2m built out of wood, three pantoons, outside pantoons have eight(8) watertight compartments each. Center pantoon have four (4) watertight compartments. Driven by a 40hp Parson outboard.machine with full inside control. Living area 2.4m x 2.2m, built-in porti-potti, bank bed 1.9m x 1.5m, toilet with basin, cupboard with three drawers and two doors, two x 25lit water cans with electric pumps. Deck area 2.4m x 2.2m, build in cupboard with basin and place for a "ENGEL FREEZER" 12v DC or 220v AC. Lights for night crouse. Fully 12v DC electric with 170 amp deep cycle battery, 500w x 220v AC inverter for 220v AC if needed. 100w Solar panel fully installed for charging and day use. Top of boat can be lowered or raised mechanically, so can the walk-on board, to load passengers with dry feet. If the roof is in the up position sides can be closed with tarpaulin hangdown sheets. Floor area covered with waterproof carpets. Two covered holders at the back of the boat for petrol storage, can be locked, plus two holders for jerry cans, with jerry cans, one for water and one for petrol. Boat can easily be downloaded and uploaded by mechanical winch. Trailer build according to specifications by a registered builder and fully licensed. Boat must be registered by new owner.
