What is pine nut oil?
Pine nut oil is pressed from the kernels of several species of pine. Oil from some varieties of pine are more commonly used for cooking, while oils pressed from Siberian and Korean pine kernels have been used as nutritional supplements. Siberian pine nut oil is rich in antioxidants and pinolenic acid, an unsaturated fatty acid found exclusively in pine nut oil. In some assessments, the highest percentage of pinolenic acid is found in Siberian pine nuts and the oil produced from them as compared to other pine species. Pinolenic acid has anti-inflammatory properties that may help protect, repair, and strengthen the stomach and gastric lining. Studies also suggest that unsaturated fats such as pinolenic acid may assist with:
– Reducing platelet aggregation
– Lowering blood pressure
– Improving cardiovascular health and blood lipid profiles

We can therefore draw similar conclusions with Siberian pine nut oil in regards to its effects on appetite suppression.

I have been selling pine nut oil for the last few years, my clients are very happy with the product, they use it for all kinds of digestive problems including IBS,IBD, Age related acid problems... My advice here is try this stuff for whatever digestive problems you are battling with, its really good, just drink the oil clean out the bottle using a teaspoon to measure. It tastes a bit weird at first but you get used to it but clean is the best way to take it , all my clients agree , with stuff this expensive its a waste to use it on salads and foods. I have a 94 year old man that swears on this stuff, its all he uses and never complains of indigestion or bloatedness....
